Step 1: Click reschedule from Main menu (top right on desktop, hamburger menu on the mobile device)

  • By clicking on "Schedule class" on the calendar view on your dashboard
  • By going to Main navigation on the top right > then click "Reschedule"


Step 2: Once on the home screen for rescheduling, you will see your current schedule and a big "Reschedule" button. Click "Reschedule".





Step 3: Explore and select current availability of your teacher. You can remove classes by clicking "x" on a specific time slot from the "Your current schedule" section or by simply de-selecting/ a time slot (that you are currently booked for). 


To add a new slot, just select any new time that suits you - on any day.

Click "Review" once you have completed your selection


Step 4: Review the changes, System will inform you if you need to make any immediate payment.


If you removed classes / reduced # of weekly classes, then you will be credited some amounts automatically. You can go to "Billing" page to review history of this change and check if you received credit or not.




Here you will see a summary of the changes you've made, and any information pertaining to payment: whether you will need to make an immediate payment or not. 


Agree to the terms and click "confirm changes". Your Credit / Debit card would be charged immediately if there was any immediate payment required.
