You may request to switch to a different teacher if:


  1. Your schedule no longer permits studying with the same teacher
  2. You have reported issues with your class / teacher and we have not been able to resolve them to your satisfaction.

To request a switching of teacher, kindly create a support ticket and indicate that you'd like to switch to a different teacher. Our support team will reach out to you and initiate the process.


Disclaimer: A request to switch does not mean you are approved to make a switch. Switching teachers depend on multiple factors:

  • Another teacher's availability
  • Your own availability according to the new teacher's schedule
  • Whether the issues for which you want to switch can be resolved/has been resolved.
