As a charity, we work on the basis of compassion, mutual cooperation, respect and understanding. We aim to ensure that everyone's rights are fulfilled as we do not want to be held accountable by Allah on the day of judgement for encroaching on someone's rights.

We have very simple refund & Make up class policies.

Students are responsible to make every effort to attend classes. If a student knows that they may not be able to attend an up upcoming class, we recommend that they try to reschedule (at least 24 hours before scheduled class) - if the teacher has free slots in the schedule.

Our teachers are available during their work shifts and wait for students. We have to pay them for their time whether a student is there or not.

As a general rule students don't receive refunds for missed sessions UNLESS it's because of technical issues from our side or teacher is sick or absent.

Please read through the scenarios below for clarity and you may contact us if you need any help.

Ramadan / Eid holidaysNoRefund credit available for Ramadan upon student request. No refund if student classes happen to be during the days of Eid.

Our teachers don't teach in Ramadan but participate in full time training program to improve their skills and study new subjects.

We pay them full salaries so we request that students consider Ramadan fee as donation. Tanzeel is a 100% volunteer managed non-profit with Zero management fees.

If students do not wish to make this contribution, they may contact us and we will issue full refunds for the duration of Ramadan. Please note that given Ramadan often starts in the middle of the month or on dates other than first of the Gregorian calendar month, our system automatically withdraws funds from the enrolled accounts.

We try to operate in a just manner while taking extraordinary circumstances into consideration. Even for days when a student is sick and cannot attend, we still have to pay the teacher. However we try to offer refunds if we can't get them replacement classes as sickness is from Allah and we don't have control over it. So we take the loss in that case...and as a non-profit with a low tuition fee, we don't have much room to play with when it comes to finances. We can keep our costs low because we have zero management expenses and there is only so much we can do...
