As a non profit, we are committed to financial transparency and giving everyone their rights.

There are two types of refunds a student is entitled to:

  1. Credit refund: Refund made to the student account if the student reduces # of classes in a month (automated credit), there is billing error, or teacher missed a class.
  2. Cash refund: Refund made to the Credit card/Debit card of the primary account holder.

The new Tanzeel system is designed to deal with some of the common refund related claims. As such we have implemented a credit system whereby a student receives credits toward future classes by default. Students however have the right to request refund in actual cash amount and we will oblige accordingly.

We do not issue cash refunds for reduction in number of classes or cancellations - if you have already been charged at the beginning of the month and decide to reduce # of classes later on or cancel classes altogether. In both cases you will receive automatic credits and it will be available for future usage.
