The main account holder will be billed on a monthly basis for all users/students under his/her account. You will receive one monthly bill. 

You may view billing details by going to the Billing page and reviewing billing history. Usually a PDF document is generated every month with details of all the classes and users for whom you were billed. Let us know if you have any issues.
