New students belong to two groups based on # of classes they take/week: Single or Multiple classes. Here are the key rules that apply to the respective groups:

• Single Class users: No rescheduling is allowed until the first class is concluded and student is billed for the class
• Multiple Classes users: 
  • Rescheduling is allowed only after the first class and student is billed (payment successfully completed)
  • Usually after the Second class is completed
    
    

Rescheduling BLOCKED on the day of the classes: Students who wish to change class times on the day of the class must do so the day before or the day after. Students may only REMOVE classes on the day of the class. In such case, the change will be applicable to next week's class, student still MUST attend the class at the pre-scheduled time for that day.
