The classroom application we have implemented has been tested to work on Latest (and some Legacy) version of Safari on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, Macbook Pro, iMac). The application DOES NOT work on any other browser on Mobile devices (iPhone, iPad). However, on a MacBook Pro/Air or iMac, you may use Safari / Google Chrome / Firefox.

You must give Microphone and Camera access to the application (when prompted) upon entering the classroom. If you.

On iPhone:

  • Go to "Settings"
  • Find Safari icon or Search for Safari
  • Scroll Down to the section titled: Settings For Websites
  • Tap "Microphone" > Select "Allow"
  • Tap "Camera" > Select "Allow"

Important Note: You may change this to "Deny" once your class is done should you wish to do so. However, the browser will need access to your Microphone and Camera (if you use camera for the classes) in order for you to be able to attend your classes. If you change the Setting to "Deny" after the class ends, make sure to change it back to "Allow" before the next class.

On Macbook / iMac:

  • You may use any of the following Browsers: Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox.
  • You should be automatically able to start using the classroom.
  • Depending on the browser you are using, you may have to give permission to the browser to use your Computer's (or external) Microphone and Camera for the classes.
