How do I cancel children / secondary user's classes? Print

To cancel your classes for your children/ secondary users, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log into your account: LZ.Tanzeel.org

Step 2: From Dashboard, Go to Main Menu (top right on desktop, hamburger menu on), select Secondary Users

Step 3: Click "More" and then Click "Cancel" from the options provided for the child you want to cancel classes for,

Here you will see all listed secondary users. Click More beside the user profile you want to cancel
Select Cancel Classes
Follow the prompted steps and you will be able to cancel your subscription

Step 4: Complete the survey to finish the cancelation process.
