Tanzeel is a 100% volunteer managed Charity with Zero management fees. We are committed to using all tuition fees to run an institute that deeply cares for its teachers and staff and are committed to their wellbeing.

All tuition fees are used to cover the following expenses:

• Teacher's monthly salaries
• Staff salaries in Egypt
• Medical Benefits for teachers and staff
• Salaries for Supply teachers (to cover sickness, maternity leaves, etc.)
• Salaries for Ramadan (Teachers don't teach in Ramadan but they receive full salaries as they go through training and development)
• Fully paid maternity and sick leaves for teachers and staff
• Cost of operating a centre
• IT system development & maintenance

We appreciate the care our students show to their teachers and staff by continuing to support them through their monthly payments.

We have lofty goals to build a sustainable institute with living wages for our teachers - who are unfortunately underpaid as tuitions are low and dozens of slots are empty without students.
