You can add classes of all secondary users (children, family members) from the Secondary Users page.


Step 1: Log into the Parent/Primary user account. Go to Secondary Users screen from Main Menu



Step 2: Click "Reschedule" for the child/user you want to reschedule classes for.



Step 3: Choose new class times.

Simply click "Reschedule" from the relevant student's section and you will be taken to the standard "Reschedule" page. 



You can remove/add new timeslots (with the existing teacher of the child/family member) from this screen.


Explore and select current availability of your teacher. You can remove classes by clicking "x" on a specific time slot from the "Your current schedule" section or by simply de-selecting/ a time slot (that you are currently booked for). 


To add a new slot, just select any new time that suits you - on any day.


Once done with your selection, Click "Review" (bottom right) to go to final review screen.




Step 4: Review the changes, make sure everything is correct. 


If you removed classes / reduced # of weekly classes, then you will be credited some amounts automatically. If you increased classes, then system will prompt you to make an immediate payment.


 Click "Confirm changes" to finalize your selection.
