Yes, if you have booked a trial class but did not attend the session yet (class date is in the future), you may book a second trial class with a different teacher.

Please follow the steps below to reschedule:

Step 1: Click reschedule from Main menu (top right on desktop, hamburger menu on the mobile device)

• By clicking on "Schedule class" on the calendar view on your dashboard
• By going to Main navigation on the top right > then click "Reschedule"

Step 2: Once on the home screen for rescheduling, you will see your current schedule and a big "Reschedule" button. Click "Reschedule".

Step 3: On the time selection screen, look to the bottom left and you will see a button: "Book with another teacher".

Step 4: Select a new teacher schedule by clicking "Choose times" from the screen with multiple teacher schedules.

Step 5: Select a new timeslot with the new teacher and proceed to confirm the new trial class.
