If you have booked a trial class but missed the trial, you may book a second trial class with the same or a different teacher.

Please follow the steps below to to choose a  new trial class time:

Step 1: From the Dashboard, beside student name click "Reschedule Trial". If you are able to do this from Dashboard, move to Step 3 (skip Step 2).

If you can't find the above screen, Click "Secondary Users" from Main menu (top right on desktop, hamburger menu on the mobile device). 

• By clicking on "Schedule class" on the calendar view on your dashboard
• By going to Main navigation on the top right > then click "Reschedule"

Step 2: Once on the Secondary Users home screen, you will see your child's name/profile and a "Reschedule" button. Click Reschedule.

Step 3: On the time selection screen, look to the bottom left and you will see a button: "Book with another teacher".

Step 4: Select a new teacher schedule by clicking "Choose times" from the screen with multiple teacher schedules.

Step 5: Select a new timeslot with the new teacher and proceed to confirm the new trial class.
