As a student you should try and attend your classes to the best of your ability. If you are unable to do so, please notify Student Care by sending an email to info@tanzeel.org, noting within it the period of your absence. 

You are required to pay if you are suspending your classes. Please note that you will be automatically billed for the classes you miss as your teacher will still have to keep the slots blocked for other students and we still have to pay the teacher for his/her time.

We do not recommend that you cancel your classes as you may loose the convenient times you've already reserved.
